      * The objective for this webpage is to mirror the electronic docket in this lawsuit as accurately as is realistically possible, given the limited time and resources available to manage it. Content linked directly from this electronic docket should appear exactly as scanned in and electronically recorded by the court.

In very rare instances, I may elect to redact some inconsequential informaton in an effort to protect the privacy of others, while in most cases this was done prior to filing the documents in court, there are instances where, due to time constraints and the volume of informaiton being filed, I accidentally overlooked redacting potentially sensitive data (such as personally identifiable information about my ex-wife), which I've chosen to revisit and redact post-filing, before making the documents availble to the general public.

“There can be no faith in government if our highest offices are excused from scrutiny - they should be setting the example of transparency.” ― Edward Snowden

Content linked from other areas of this website (other than this electronic docket) may be embelished or improved for public consumption, for an enhanced user experience, however that is not the case for documents linked to directly from either the Michigan or Tennessee electronic court dockets.

The purpose for making this informaiton easily accessible to the public, is to invite and encourage public interest, participation, and oversight at all levels. From court watchers to politicians and legal professionals, to policymakers and administrative bodies, to government oversight boards, to anyone who has interests or concerns about the operations and integrity of our court systems currently, which honestly should be everyone. Due to the temendous power wielded by our courts and the fact that once a party or family falls victim to predatory litigation by a group of bad actors fraudulently operating under "color of law" from inside our courts, it may literally never be within their reach to be made whole again.

“I do not understand the government to contend that it is any less bound by the obligation than a private individual would be…” “It is not the function of our government to keep the citizen from falling into error; it is the function of the citizen to keep the government from falling into error.” ― Perry v. United States, 204 U.S. 330, 358

Therefore it is absolutely critical that the people and local governance proactively pursue credible concerns, complaints, risks, threats, weaknesses, and defects in the system, to ensure all litigants have a resaonable expectation of receiving justice, before being forced to trust their lives, liberty, family, and property in the hands of complete strangers.

The Foundation of INTEGRITY = TRANSPARENCY

TRANSPARENCY is Essential for INTEGRITY

“True integrity cannot exist without transparency. To me, “transparency” is “the conduct of one’s affairs, both business and personal, without obstruction, dishonesty, or deceit.” Inherent in this is a consistency and equilibrium – the idea that one acts the same in all settings, regardless of audience.” ― Mark Hinkston Attorney/Shareholder at Knuteson, Hinkston & Rosenberg, S.C.

“Transparency in government, no less than transparency in choosing government, remains a vital national interest in a democracy.” ― Merrick Garland

I am desperately seeking to improve the judicial integrity in Middle Tennessee, specificially involving the Williamson County Chancery Court. Therefore, I am inviting and willing to have the truth transparently exposed about what has taken place in the preceding actions, lest more crimes be committed against myself and my family in the interestss of covering-up the absurd & unconscinable professional and judicial misconduct executed against me and my family, by the defendants in this lawsuit.

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.” ― U.S. Const. amend. I

I've gone to great lenghts in my attempts to force the bad actors in this lawsuit to obey both state and federal laws, combined with the ethical canons for the judicary, as well as the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, while repeatedly requesting they comply with the State of Tennessee's Rules of Judicial and Professional Conduct.

Justice Thurgood Marshall: “But, above all else, the First Amendment means that government has no power to restrict expression because of its message, its ideas, its subject matter, or its content.” ― Police Department of Chicago v. Mosley, 408 U.S. 92 (1972)

First and foremost, truth is an absolute defense to a defamation lawsuit. If the statement that is the subject of the suit is true, and you can prove it, your attorney can move to have the plaintiff's claim dismissed. No one is punished for speaking the truth, even if it is an ugly truth. ― See New York Times Co. v. Sullivan, 376 U.S. 254 (1964), and Time Inc. v. Hill, 385 U.S. 411 (1967).

The law does not require that a statement must be perfectly accurate in every conceivable way to be considered “true.” Courts have said that some false statements must be protected for the wider purpose of allowing the dissemination of truthful speech. The resulting doctrine is known as “substantial truth.” Under the substantial truth doctrine, minor factual inaccuracies will be ignored so long as the inaccuracies do not materially alter the substance or impact of what is being communicated. In other words, only the “gist” or “sting” of a statement must be correct.

All information on this website is provided in good faith, toward the honest interests of government transparency, accountability, and justice. I'm exercising my FIRST AMENDMENT right and responsibility as a citizen, to share the TRUTH about what I experienced under "color of law" in Tennessee's courts, while seeking to hold the government accountable for their actions, no matter how resistant to the TRUTH that government is.

United States Supreme Court, in one of the most cited passages in First Amendment jurisprudence, Douglas wrote: “Accordingly, a function of free speech under our system of government is to invite dispute. It may indeed serve its high purpose when it induces a condition of unrest, creates dissatisfaction with conditions as they are, or even stirs people to anger. Speech is often provocative and challenging. It may strike at prejudices and preconceptions and have profound unsettling effects as it presses for acceptance of an idea.” ― TERMINIELLO V. CITY OF CHICAGO (1949)
